Shipping policy
Our online store is open 24/7 and we ship items from Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders over the weekend so any orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We endeavor to offer same day dispatch on orders place before 12pm.
New Zealand
We offer free shipping within New Zealand on all orders. All deliveries within New Zealand are sent using a signature required service. We always try to have your orders packed and sent within 48 hours of placing your order however sometimes this is not possible. Orders place on a Friday will be sent on a Monday. Please allow and extra 1-3 business days for rural addresses. When your order has been collected by our courier you will receive an email with tracking information.
