Refund policy

Our Returns and Credit Policy strictly adheres to the guidelines set forth by the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. Returns are only accepted for items that are incorrect or faulty. We recommend that buyers make their selections carefully, as we do not have a physical retail outlet.

For incorrect items, the Seller will handle the collection and replacement process. Faulty products should be reported within 5 days of delivery for evaluation and potential repair or replacement. Authorized returns must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying materials. Please note that for selected returns, the Seller reserves the right to impose a 20% restocking fee along with outbound delivery costs. Buyers are required to obtain Return Authorization before sending back items and are responsible for the return shipping.

Repairs:

Faulty goods covered by a manufacturer's warranty will either be repaired or replaced. Should the exact item not be available, a similar product with comparable specifications and price will be provided as a replacement.

Risk and Ownership of Goods:

Upon delivery, the risk associated with the goods shifts to the Buyer. Any claims regarding goods damaged during transit should be reported to the carrier immediately following delivery. Buyers are expected to inspect the goods upon delivery and inform the Seller of any defects, damages, or discrepancies within seven days. Failure to do so will be considered as an acceptance of the goods. Ownership of the goods remains with the Seller until full payment is received and all other obligations are fulfilled.
